Billy has extensive experience in various fitness disciplines, including cardio-boxing, fit-ball, stretching, and has taught in large fitness clubs and private club houses for the past 6 years. Billy N.A. Francisco
Billy is a certified and experienced instructor in Filipino martial arts, having gained the most senior grading with a 6th degree Black Belt. He learned the arts under the direction of Grandmaster Ernesto Presas of the famed International Philippine Martial Arts Federation, Kombatan. This unique form of martial arts originated in the Philippines over 1000 years ago and cover a range of self-defense moves using kicking, punching and grappling, with the use of combative weapons. It is both an art and discipline and focuses on practical self-defense skills, whilst strengthening and conditioning the body.

Billy has been teaching more than 8 years and was given Affiliation to teach as a Chief Instructor. He has instructed in schools, private fitness clubs, and conducted training for security guards for private security companies.

Chung Chi Ming
Master Chung Chi Ming has practiced Wing Chun Kung Fu (line of Wing Chun Master Wong Shun Leung's system) for many years. He is Wing Chun Master Yip Man's fourth-generation disciple. Master Chun is an internationally recognized certified instructor from Wing Chun Sports Club. In addition, Master Chung also has years of experience in qigong and acupuncture point therapy. He has a national accreditation certificate and has extensive knowledge on maintaining good health.

Master Chung has been teaching students this form of martial arts for many years. He is a patient and proficient mentor in Wing Chun Kung Fu and its theory.

Felix Au-Yeung
Master Felix Au-Yeung has been practicing Tai Chi Chuan from the Yang Family Lineage for around 40 years. His teaching experience spans over 17 years and he has been active in developing the role of Tai Chi in Hong Kong, and working closely with Hong Kong Teachers' Centre of Education & Manpower Bureau in the past few years preaching and teaching Tai Chi Chuan. In addition, he also teaches Yang Style Tai Chi Jian (sword) and Tai Chi Dao (knife) to advanced students.

Kwok Ka Man
Mr. Kwok Ka Man has represented Hong Kong and participated in many international events and professional Thai Boxing tournaments between 2006 and 2008. He is the Champion of Hong Kong 2006 - 2007 (61.3 kg) and won the Bronze Medal of World Amateur Muay Thai Competition, 2006.

He has over four years experience in teaching Thai Kickboxing. His credentials and qualifications include:

Li Yiu Tung
Mr. Li Yiu Tung is well known for heavy power training, his fighters are some of the strongest in the sport. He is a ring veteran of more than 60 professional fights in Hong Kong and overseas. He had also held the titles Champion of Japan, Europe and Hong Kong until he retired from ring in 1993.

He got from Thailand the Muay Thai Instructor Degree. Li had trained over a thousand of students in his career, plus more than 60 loyal Muay Thai boxers in Hong Kong. In his many years of teaching and training, he has been instrumental in training and development of many world class and world champion Muay Thai fighters:
  • Rating No. 7 in Holland WPKL 1997;
  • No. 1 in Japan WKA 1997 from Superfeatherweight to Middleweight;
  • No. 1 in Korea WKA World Rating 1992;
  • No. 1 in New Zealand super welterweight WKA Rating 1998; and
  • Numbers of championship in Hong Kong
